Certain products/services are online-exclusive with limited quantities, subject to our Return Policy. We have tried to display colors/images accurately but cannot guarantee monitor accuracy. We may limit sales by person, region or quantity. Product descriptions/prices may change; we may discontinue products anytime. Offers are void where prohibited. We do not warrant products/services meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

You use the service at your own risk; all products/services are provided "as is" without warranties. qiaolife and its affiliates, employees, suppliers etc. are not liable for direct/indirect/incidental/consequential damages from service use or purchases, except as required by law. Overseas warehouse inventory is not guaranteed; displayed stock may change. Return costs are borne by you.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify qiaolife, its parent/subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and partners against third-party claims (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or violation of laws/third-party rights.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. Remaining provisions remain valid.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
Obligations and liabilities prior to termination survive termination. These terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notification or ceasing use. We may terminate without notice if you breach these terms; you remain liable for all outstanding amounts.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver. These terms and our posted policies form the entire agreement, superseding all prior agreements. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders per local laws.
SECTION 21 – LIABILITY WAIVER
qiaolife is not liable for indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits, replacement costs, or damages from site/product use or reliance on site info.
SECTION 22 – CUSTOMS CHARGES

SECTION 23 – PROMOTIONS
One coupon code per order. We may offer free gifts/lights for orders meeting minimum value; one free item per customer.
SECTION 24 – PRICING ERRORS
Incorrect prices may be listed due to human error; we will not honor them. We will notify you of errors before order confirmation, allowing adjustment or cancellation. We do not guarantee site info accuracy and may correct errors or cancel orders due to misdescriptions without notice.
SECTION 25 – CANCELLED ORDERS
Unshipped orders (excluding special/custom products) may be cancelled within 1 day of confirmation. A 25% maximum cancellation fee applies after 1 day. Cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by customer service. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; you bear all shipping/return costs.
SECTION 26 – European – U.S. Models
We may ship 220V products for 110V orders (some fixtures are global). 220V fixtures are compatible with 110V U.S. voltage, safe for use.
