The shipping process (on working days) is as follows:
Delivery time = Processing time (order preparation time) + Shipping time

Once we receive your order information, we will process the order:
(1) Check inventory.
(2) Confirm whether the items in your order require customization.
(3) Check your delivery address.
(4) Re-confirm whether the items in your order comply with our shipping policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please be sure to provide a detailed delivery address (including the street number). Otherwise, our customer service team will notify you separately, which may cause a delay in shipment.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and the inquiry website.

The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.
The inventory levels displayed on our website are based on the inventory levels we receive from our own warehouses or manufacturers' warehouses. Inventory levels may change rapidly. Tariffs
Tariffs will be incurred when the maximum side length of the package exceeds 60 cm. Usually, the tariff rate is about 5%. If tariffs are incurred, we will bear 20% of the amount. In most cases, the tariff amount for each shipment is 0 to 17 pounds.

Delay Compensation
If the goods are not delivered on time, we are sorry for the delay in receiving your goods and will provide you with 10% of the order amount as compensation for the delay. We will make every effort to ensure that the goods arrive on time.
