1. Does the selected shipping service apply to my country? What is the carrier and how long will it take?

We offer shipping to most countries.

Delivery time = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting https://www.17track.net/en and entering the tracking number.

About Returns and Refunds

1. How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours without providing a reason. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still request cancellation after shipment, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, order preparation and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. What if I receive a damaged item?

Items received with broken glass, dented shades or frames are not considered defective and are not eligible for return. In such cases, we will replace the glass or shade at no additional charge.

If you choose not to receive a replacement and prefer to return the item, it will be treated as a normal return and a return fee of up to 35% may apply. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping costs from the refund.

3. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive your returned item, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal: 1–2 days; Credit Card: 3–5 days).
