2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Regarding Returns and Refunds
1. How to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours for any reason.
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you insist on cancelling the order, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as storage fees, order processing fees and shipping fees. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. What if I receive a damaged product?
If the received product has issues such as broken glass, dented lampshade or deformed frame, it is not considered a quality problem and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will replace the glass or lampshade free of charge. If you do not wish to have a replacement but want to return the product, we will handle it according to the normal return process and charge a handling fee of up to 35% of the return amount. In addition, we reserve the right to deduct all outgoing shipping fees from the refund.
3. When will I receive my refund?
After receiving your returned item, the refund may take up to 5 working days to be credited back to your original payment account (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit Card: 3-5 days).
