Will I have to pay customs fees? As a China-based company, international orders may be subject to local import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Products & Installation
Are bulbs included? For items like the Night Light Lamp, the light source is built-in. For larger fixtures like the Silhouette Ceramic Lamp, please check the individual product description for bulb requirements.
Is professional installation required? While our table lamps are "plug-and-play," we highly recommend a certified electrician for any pendant or ceiling-mounted lights.
3. Returns & Support
What if my glass lamp arrives broken? Don't worry. If your Aura Sphere Tree or glass globes are damaged during transit, contact us at support@[your-domain-name].com with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Can I change my order? You can modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing our support team.
